This morning, Xiaomi launched two monitors. One of the Xiaomi Monitor comes with a 23.8-inch FHD display, while the Curved Screen Gaming Display is at 34 inches. With the launch of these two models, Xiaomi officially entered the display market.
The 23.8-inch variant of the Xiaomi Display has a square shape. In some sense, it looks like a Dell model. The menu control buttons are on the lower right side of the display.
It also has a cylindrical bracket of 23.8 inches. But seems it doesn’t support height adjustment. Although it can be adjusted in angle.
On the back, the Xiaomi Display has an HDMI port and power supply. There is the Mi logo as well. Shortly, this product is consistent with Xiaomi’s simple design style.
In terms of parameters, the Xiaomi Monitor uses a 23.8-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1080P and supports a wide viewing angle of 178°.
The Xiaomi Surface Display uses a 34-inch large screen, which has a 21:9 ratio, a 3440×1440 resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, a 1500R curvature, an AMD Freesync, and a low Blu-ray mode. Plus, the color gamut is 121% sRGB.
The bracket of this Xiaomi Monitor supports both lifting and rotating adjustments.
The Xiaomi Curved Display uses Samsung’s panel, while the 23.8-inch model is manufactured by BOE factory, and uses BOE’s ADS-IPS hard screen.
In terms of price, the Xiaomi Surface Display is priced at 2,499 yuan ($353). The original Xiaomi Monitor 23.8-inch is priced at 699 yuan ($99). They will go on sale on October 21.
